Planning Applications

We have a very good success rate of gaining planning consent. We specialise in all types of applications including householder applications, permitted development, prior approval, residential conversions, change of use and full planning applications.

Construction Drawings and Project Management

If your project requires construction drawings, we can produce a suitable drawing pack to assist the appointed contractor, or for ?tendering? to obtain competitive quotes from potential builders. We can also oversee the project and make periodic site visits and advise the contractor and developer on most aspects of the building works, making the construction process more hassle-free for you.

Building Regulation Drawings

All building work must comply with current Building Regulations. We can help you obtain the necessary approvals by ensuring you have the right advice, information and drawings. We can even submit the building regulations application and act on your behalf.

Space Planning and 2D Drafting

Some customers want to be able to put their proposed ideas on ?paper?, furthermore it is prudent to engage the input from a design professional to offer valuable ideas and different options. Whether it be a kitchen, bathroom refurbishment, remodel or any other internal alteration we would be happy to help. We also draw up lease plans and HMO (Houses in Multiple Occupation) schemes and layouts.

Measured Building Surveys

If you require just floor plans or elevations for a residential or commercial property for whatever size project, we can carry out measured building surveys to suit you. We use the latest survey equipment in order to produce accurate surveys and plans.

Planning Agent

We can act as your planning agent right through the planning process. We liaise with the council and will track and manage the application on your behalf making the process as easy as possible. We have worked with many local planning authorities in the London Boroughs and outer London boroughs and have built a good relationship with key planning departments.

Our normal business hours are;

Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 6.30pm

Saturday: 9.00am to 1.30pm

However, we do aim to provide a flexible service and are happy to meet clients outside of usual working hours or weekends if that is more suitable.
